Delete your JuntoCash account

In the app: Profile → Account → Delete account. Your account is deleted straight away, along with the app's data on that phone.

Without the app: email hello@tekolabs.dev from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What's deleted: your email address, name and sign-in details, the link between your account and your phones, and your recovery backups.

What stays: what you added to shared groups stays with the other members, encrypted and no longer linked to your account, like messages you sent to a group chat. Data on a phone stays until you uninstall the app or use Erase all data. Backups and request logs are gone within 7 days, and crash reports, which were never linked to your account, within 30.
